About this species

Red Sea bannerfish are striking black-and-white striped reef fish with a long, banner-like dorsal fin extension. They're endemic to the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden — you won't see them anywhere else in the world. They form lifelong monogamous pairs and are common on healthy reefs throughout Hurghada.
