What PADI Tec Trimix 65 actually involves
The deep-diving qualification beyond the Tec Deep ladder. Tec Trimix 65 introduces helium to your breathing mix so you can dive to 65 metres with a clear head, minimal narcosis and controlled oxygen exposure. You'll learn trimix blending theory, best-mix selection and extended decompression. Training dives with a technical instructor at strict small ratios, with rigs (backmount or sidemount), stages and trimix fills included.

Why helium, best-mix and equivalent-narcotic-depth selection, oxygen and helium exposure limits, and blending fundamentals. Confined session rehearsing bottom-gas and multi-deco-gas switches on a trimix rig.

FAQ
Why add helium instead of just diving air deeper?
Below about 40 m, nitrogen narcosis and gas density climb sharply. Replacing some nitrogen with helium keeps you clear-headed and lowers breathing resistance, which is far safer for the demanding decompression that deep dives require.
Do you always have trimix and helium available?
Yes — we blend to order. €1400 is our confirmed all-in price for the standard course gas plan; if your dive plan needs an unusual mix or extra fills we'll confirm any adjustment with you before you book.
